If you think you would benefit from an adaptation for you current Motability car you should first call one of our dealerships and they will advise you on the steps that you need to take. You will also need to inform our fleet insurers, RSA Motability, by calling 0500 37 37 37 to make sure you are covered by your Motability insurance policy.
You will have to pay for an adaptation yourself if you have one fitted part way through your contract. Payment will need to be paid directly to the installer. Your adaptations installer should inform you of how long the installation process will take. Only a Motability accredited adaptation installer should fit and/or remove adaptations.
